Questions and answers
Yes. The agent reads every quote request the moment it lands in your inbox, prices the lane, and drafts both the quote and the reply to the customer. It works the same way when the request arrives as a PDF, a spreadsheet, or a screenshot, in whatever format the customer sends it.
It prices with live carrier rates, your own lane history, and your margin rules, together. Every quote, carrier offer, and phoned-in rate your desk has collected counts as data on its lane, so the price reflects the market you actually work in, and the quote lands inside the margin your pricing policy sets.
That depends on the mode you set for the customer. In Shadow the price is worked out and nothing is sent, in Supervised and Autopilot the quote and the reply wait for your yes, and in God mode the quote goes out on its own inside your margin rule and limits. You can set it differently for each customer and type of freight, and a rule can send any quote over $5,000 to a manager first.
Yes. Every quote, win, and loss stays on its lane, so your desk learns what the market will pay. When quotes on a lane keep losing while market rates move, the lane's winning price moves with them, and the next quote goes out at that level, still inside your margin rule.
When something in a request is unclear, the agent asks you instead of guessing, with the request and the context attached. Once you answer in plain English, it finishes the quote and the reply from there, and every draft and answer stays on the record for the next rep who picks the customer up.
Yes. For a brokerage, the agent prices each request from live carrier rates, your lane history, and your margin rules. For an asset-based carrier, it matches the request to a truck that can take it and prices it from your own history on that lane, and the load is accepted only after a person says yes.
