Questions and answers

  • Yes. The agent checks every load on schedule, at pickup, in transit, and before delivery, and when a load goes quiet it chases the carrier by email, text, or phone. Each answer lands on the load's record, so your team stops spending the day on check calls and works the exceptions instead.

  • From carrier systems, tracking links, and ELD data, and from the agent's own check-ins by email and phone when those go quiet. Carriers such as XPO, Estes, FedEx Freight, TForce Freight, and Day & Ross connect through their APIs, so pickup, location, and delivery update on the load as they happen.

  • Yes. Updates and new ETAs go out on the schedule you set, and right away when a load runs late, with a live tracking link and in the channel the customer prefers. Messages to customers wait for your approval unless that customer runs in God mode, and in Shadow the delay is logged with nothing sent.

  • The agent flags the exception with the context attached and tells you what it suggests, and late and at-risk loads rise to the top of the desk. It works from what it already knows about each location, such as a receiver's dock hours heard on an earlier call, so the next step fits the facts on the ground.

  • Yes. Trace tracks freight in Canada and the United States, including loads that cross the border, on the same record as everything else. The agent follows each load through the carrier's system, tracking links, ELD data, or check calls, and can update the customer at each step, such as at pickup, at the border, and two hours out, so nobody has to call.

  • Yes. Every check call, email, text, and status change lands on the load's record with who did it and why, so anyone who picks up the load sees its full history. The agent writes the same updates back to the TMS you run, so the record and your system of record stay in step.
